📋 Description

• Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates across multiple industries and functions • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to find talent beyond traditional channels • Use logic, research, and data to uncover new talent pools and sourcing methods • Tackle hard-to-fill roles by thinking creatively and exploring non-obvious candidate paths • Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates • Conduct initial outreach and engagement with potential candidates • Collaborate with internal teams to deeply understand role requirements and hiring challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to find candidates for difficult or niche roles • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills • Creative mindset with a passion for uncovering hidden talent • Experience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, databases, etc.) • Ability to think outside the box and try unconventional approaches • Excellent research and investigative skills • Strong communication and outreach abilities • Experience in agency or in-house recruiting (nice to have) • Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray search, etc.) (nice to have) • Experience working with startups or fast-paced environments (nice to have)
