📋 Description

• Help AI companies build exceptional product and design teams • Help professionals find jobs that make them happy • Source and recruit top talent for exciting projects and great companies • Collaborate with hiring managers and candidates • Use professional networks to identify candidates • Participate in the hirehire community and share hiring-market insights • Learn from and openly discuss successes and failures from each project • Leverage community playbooks, tools, experience, and collective intelligence • Complete successful hires and earn commissions

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced (Senior+) Product Manager, Designer, or Product Leader • Strong professional network and/or following • A few hours available each week for community and recruiting work • Shares hirehire’s values • Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or interviewing candidates is relevant • Ability to work in an English-speaking environment
