📋 Description

• Own design for Home and a new platform-wide initiative • Set direction and move between Core areas as priorities change • Work with people across the organization, from US sales to risk and compliance • Partner with Product Management and Engineering leads to define the roadmap, including what gets built, why, and when • Connect multiple domains and maintain a coherent, consistent product experience • Mentor Senior Designers • Help with hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and raising the bar • Switch context quickly, solve problems, and make independent decisions • Ship quickly and continue iterating • Improve design workflows, prototype faster, explore new interaction patterns, and shape AI-powered product experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Staff-level product design experience across broad, ambiguous areas • At least 10 years of experience leading end-to-end product design for web and/or mobile applications • Strong UX and UI expertise • Experience working with, implementing, or scaling design systems • Track record of cross-functional alignment, explaining complex strategy to leadership and managing stakeholder expectations • Full-cycle design ownership from ideation and strategy through implementation and design QA • Very high craft and a portfolio with a wow effect • Portfolio with at least one case study required • AI is your first tool, before Figma or a document • Builder mindset; mature and autonomous; comfortable in chaos • Ability to push work to production is a plus • Personal projects are a plus • Experience at fast-moving product companies such as Uber, Revolut, or Coinbase, or on products like Notion or Linear is a plus • Experience with AI features or AI tools in the design process should be shown in the portfolio
