📋 Description

• Edit short-form, high-performing ads for Facebook and Instagram campaigns • Create viral-style videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook • Implement engaging edits: fast cuts, captions, memes, effects, sound sync, and trending formats • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate raw footage into scroll-stopping creative • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and apply them to video content • Optimize video edits for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions)

🎯 Requirements

• Proven portfolio showcasing ads and viral short-form edits (Facebook, IG, TikTok) • Strong editing skills in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve • Deep understanding of what makes content go viral and perform as ads • Ability to work with minimal direction while meeting tight deadlines • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and pacing abilities • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, sound design, and UGC-style editing
