📋 Description

• Design high-quality static assets, including thumbnails, social media graphics, presentation decks, and brand collateral • Work within brand systems while applying creative judgment to each brief • Resize and adapt assets across formats and placements • Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, transitions, and other video-adjacent design elements • Iterate on motion and design work based on production-team feedback • Collaborate with video producers, editors, and creative leads • Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts during the briefing stage • Organize project files and finished assets using clean structure and version control • Deliver assets in the correct formats for each use case • Communicate proactively about timelines and identify brief gaps before they delay delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Proven creative design experience with a strong portfolio of finished static work, including thumbnails, social graphics, brand assets, and digital content • Genuine understanding of how design works in a video and motion context, including visual hierarchy, pacing, and storytelling • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects • Strong creative eye, producing visually distinctive work rather than templated output • Organized and reliable, with consistent on-time delivery across concurrent projects • Clear communication skills; ability to flag issues early and incorporate feedback without friction • Availability during US business hours • Updated resume • Portfolio link showing 4 to 6 finished design examples • 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself, presenting one work sample, and explaining creative decisions • Portfolio and Loom video are both required to proceed to the next hiring step
