📋 Description

• Manage campaign scheduling and deploy email campaigns accurately and on time across client accounts • Add creatives, copy, and landing page links into the ESP and verify correct asset placement • Coordinate campaign timing across multiple clients and maintain a clear campaign calendar • Flag scheduling conflicts, blockers, missing assets, unclear briefs, and other risks proactively • Follow pre-send QA checklists covering links, creative placement, subject lines, preview text, segmentation, and send time • Test emails across devices and email clients for correct rendering • Escalate issues, confirm resolution, and maintain a zero-error deployment standard • Build, update, and manage email flows and automations inside the ESP • Modify triggers, conditions, content, and timing as directed • Troubleshoot flow issues and verify automations run correctly • Document flow logic and changes • Communicate campaign status, deployment timelines, and open issues to internal team members • Maintain organized records of campaign deployments, QA outcomes, and flow changes • Complete application, video introduction, role-specific assessment if applicable, interviews, and background/reference check as part of the selection process

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing email campaigns and flows inside a major ESP such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Attentive, or similar • Strong understanding of email flows and automations and ability to manipulate them confidently • Excellent attention to detail with a track record of zero-error campaign deployments • Comfortable following QA checklists and pre-send processes rigorously • Clear written and verbal English communication skills • Highly organized and able to manage campaign schedules across multiple client accounts simultaneously • Availability Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time • Updated resume required for application • Short Loom video required for application; only candidates who submit one proceed to the next step • Nice to have: Experience with Klaviyo for e-commerce email marketing • Nice to have: Marketing agency experience managing email across multiple client accounts • Nice to have: Ability to flag obvious design or copy issues • Nice to have: Familiarity with Shopify or BigCommerce email integration • Nice to have: Experience with SMS marketing platforms
