📋 Description

• Research hospitals, health systems, EMS organizations, distributors, and other potential customers • Build target account lists and identify clinical and business decision-makers • Run prospecting and lead generation through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels • Develop sales opportunities and maintain disciplined prospect follow-up • Communicate with physicians, clinicians, department managers, hospital leadership, distributors, and customers • Maintain CRM records for leads, opportunities, activities, and follow-up • Schedule sales meetings, product presentations, and customer follow-up • Support independent sales representatives and distribution partners • Assist with social media, email campaigns, conferences, presentations, and sales materials • Execute sales and marketing priorities with the VP of Sales & Marketing • Support customer and vendor onboarding • Assist with purchase orders, order processing, fulfillment, and shipment tracking • Coordinate inventory and manufacturing-related activities • Maintain company records, documents, and shared files • Support distributor and customer administrative needs • Assist with sales and operational reporting • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other company activities • Provide operational and project support to the leadership team • Learn and progressively take ownership of day-to-day business processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English communication • Availability Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM US Mountain Standard Time • Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with prospective customers and healthcare professionals • Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently identify contacts, information, and potential business opportunities • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities • Self-motivated and proactive, able to take direction, learn quickly, and eventually take ownership of projects independently • A reliable home-office environment that supports participating in video meetings throughout the workday • B2B sales, business development, or lead generation experience preferred • Healthcare, hospital, medical device, or other professional sales experience preferred • Experience with CRM and lead-management systems preferred • Experience with LinkedIn and social media preferred • Experience with email marketing and prospecting preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred • Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, and Gemini preferred • Experience with Zoom and other virtual communication platforms preferred • Prior experience working with US-based companies, customers, or sales teams preferred • Healthcare or medical device experience is preferred but not required • Comprehensive resume in English, PDF format • Complete the Aptive Test assessment • Active mobile number registered on Telegram for recruitment communication • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Webcam and professional-quality headset and microphone • Computer capable of reliably running Microsoft 365, a CRM, Canva, Zoom, Teams, and multiple web applications simultaneously
