📋 Description

• Learn to identify vulnerabilities and help clients improve security with IT emergency concepts, restart and recovery plans, and data backup strategies — on-site and remotely. • Contribute to handling security incidents, response and recovery procedures, and emergency measures in the cloud. • Support our clients in ensuring their operational continuity. • Raise clients' emergency awareness through awareness workshops, IT emergency exercises, as well as failover/switchover and functional tests. • Explore adjacent areas such as information security and third‑party risk management.

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience in system integration, e.g., administration of data centers or in the IT service team of a system integrator. • Alternatively, a degree in an IT-related field, e.g., (business) computer science, cyber security management, or similar. • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and operations, and initial experience in IT emergency management or with ITIL‑compliant operational processes. • Drive and motivation to work into complex topics, pragmatic problem‑solving skills, and a confident professional manner. • Very good presentation and communication skills in German.
