📋 Description

• Advise clients at management and C-level, identify connections between IT and business, and actively contribute to the strategic direction of their IT • Lead IT sourcing and transformation projects to sustainably improve the cost, quality, and scalability of the IT organization • Design effective service delivery, increase the business value of IT, and support the introduction and ongoing development of IT services • Provide technical leadership to consultants and support their professional development

🎯 Requirements

• University degree and at least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT service management, ideally including leadership roles • Solid understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks, with experience managing complex IT organizations • Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to analyze complex relationships and derive practical recommendations for action • High level of personal responsibility, structured working style, and excellent presentation and communication skills (German — business fluent)
