📋 Description

• Advise our clients on transformation, digitalization and IT management • Identify our clients' organizational challenges • Develop tailored solutions together with clients • Shape the change process on equal terms with employees and management from various industries and public administration • Further develop our consulting services by contributing experience and new methods • Optionally provide technical leadership for junior consultants in joint projects

🎯 Requirements

• Initial project and/or consulting experience in transformation and digitalization within an IT-related environment • Basic understanding of ITIL, Scrum or PRINCE2 • Strong interest in organizing and managing IT in a digital world • Awareness of the challenges at the interface between IT and business • Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
