📋 Description

• Manage and enhance technologies protecting web applications, APIs, and internet-facing services • Deploy, configure, monitor, and optimize DDoS protection, Web Application Firewall (WAF), and API security solutions • Operate across cloud and on-premises environments • Work closely with development, cloud, network, and infrastructure teams • Investigate security events • Support incident response activities • Identify security gaps • Contribute to continuous improvements in security architecture and operations • Help ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and performance of critical business services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 3–6 years of experience in cybersecurity, application security, network security, or security operations • Hands-on experience with DDoS mitigation platforms, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and API security technologies • Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTTP/S, REST APIs, TLS, and modern application architectures • Knowledge of network security concepts such as DNS, TCP/IP, routing, and firewalls • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and API Security Top 10 risks • Experience with security monitoring, SIEM platforms, or incident response processes • Exposure to technologies such as Akamai, Cloudflare, F5, Imperva, Infrastructure as Code, or security automation tools
