📋 Description

• Lead client alignment and communication via WhatsApp, email, and meetings • Understand the pain points, opportunities, and bottlenecks of each account • Coordinate requests across paid media, copywriting, design, content, and video teams • Create clear briefs so the team can execute with minimal rework • Track traffic and funnel metrics, including CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, leads, appointments booked, attendance, sales, and reported revenue • Follow up with clients on required materials, sales-team feedback, and next steps • Propose actions based on data, context, and the clinic’s operational reality • Anticipate risks related to dissatisfaction, delays, or declining perceived value • Ensure clients are well guided, informed, and confident in the plan

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, account management, customer success, or agency client services • Strong understanding of paid traffic, particularly Meta Ads • Clear, confident, and consultative communication style • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously • Ability to turn problems into actionable plans • Strong writing skills for creating briefs, directions, and client communications • Familiarity with ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and WhatsApp Web • Maturity to work with demanding clients, performance pressure, and a follow-up-driven routine • Preferred: experience working with healthcare, aesthetics, medical, or dental clinics • Preferred: experience with lead-generation campaigns, reactivation campaigns, WhatsApp groups, or short launch campaigns • Preferred: knowledge of sales funnels, CRM, follow-up processes, and automation • Preferred: understanding of copywriting, content, and performance creatives • Preferred: experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously • English and Portuguese listed in the job application profile • Bachelor’s degree or technologist degree listed in the job application profile
