📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end research projects • Use quantitative and qualitative methodologies, as well as focus groups • Conduct in-depth data analyses • Turn complex information into actionable insights and strategic recommendations • Create questionnaires, discussion guides, and other data collection instruments • Interact with clients to understand their needs, present proposals, and discuss results • Supervise and mentor research teams • Ensure quality and meet deadlines • Propose and implement new research approaches and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in market research or social research • Strong command of quantitative methods, including surveys and statistical analysis • Strong command of qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews and ethnography • Skill and experience in conducting and analyzing focus groups • Experience in project management and/or research team management • Ability to work remotely with self-discipline and strong organizational skills • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SPSS, R, and Python for data analysis • Proficiency in research software such as SurveyMonkey and Qualtrics • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to present findings clearly and persuasively • Bachelor’s degree
