📋 Description

• Research Project Management: Plan, coordinate and execute research projects using quantitative, qualitative and focus group methodologies. • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analyses, turning complex information into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. • Instrument Development: Design questionnaires, discussion guides and other data collection tools. • Client Relations: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present proposals and discuss results. • Team Management: Supervise and mentor research teams, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. • Innovation: Propose and implement new approaches and technologies in research.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in market research or social research, with strong command of quantitative methods (surveys, statistical analyses) and qualitative methods (in-depth interviews, ethnography). • Skill and experience conducting and analyzing focus groups. • Experience in project management and/or managing research teams. • Ability to work remotely with self-discipline and strong organizational skills. • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python for data) and research platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present results clearly and persuasively.
