📋 Description

• Map the creative cycle across insights, production, testing, and learnings to identify where AI saves time or improves performance • Build and own end-to-end AI pipelines and automations from hypothesis through tool selection and team rollout • Develop ideas, write briefs, and personally produce AI creatives including video, playables, and 3D assets • Set the team's quality bar and refine AI output to be on-brand and attention-grabbing • Select automation opportunities with UA, data, and creative leads and measure impact on speed, cost, and performance • Test emerging AI models and tools such as Veo, Sora, Kling, and Runway, converting useful tools into team workflows • Design workflows that scale across games and train the team to use them independently • Report to the Head of Creatives and collaborate closely with UA, data, and creative leads

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in motion or video design, ideally on ads, with a portfolio including AI-made work • Strong visual taste and ability to finish AI output by hand when needed • Hands-on AI video skills • Strong After Effects or similar motion tools • Gaming background, ideally mobile hybrid-casual or casual games • Critical and marketing thinking focused on hooks, audiences, and performance data • Systems and automation expertise for scalable AI creative workflows • Full autonomy in identifying problems, making decisions, shipping, and reporting • Ownership, proactivity, pragmatism, sharp thinking, AI-driven working habits, ambition, and groundedness • Bonus: UA or performance creative experience, ideally winning ads on networks such as AppLovin • Bonus: Hands-on Blender or other 3D tools, Unity, or playable ad tools • English working environment
