📋 Description

• Identify older properties for sale in the assigned area • Contact and meet with sellers • Organize viewings of properties for sale • Understand the needs of property owners and sellers • Value properties with the support of the sales and technical teams • Conduct property valuation visits • Offer support with the sale or an immediate purchase for resale • Analyze the legal documentation relating to properties • Negotiate the price, timelines, and specific terms and conditions • Prepare and calibrate purchase offers • Coordinate property photo shoots • Oversee the preparation of listings and ensure visibility on real estate portals • Conduct viewings with prospective buyers • Assess their financial capacity • Provide regular reports to property owners and sellers • Coordinate the signing of purchase offers, preliminary sales agreements, and final deeds with the support of the in-house notary's clerk

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status (micro-enterprise or sole proprietorship) • Passion for real estate • Interest in property trading and buy-to-resell activities • Work as an appointed independent commercial real estate agent • Ability to prospect, value properties, negotiate, and manage real estate transactions through to completion • Ability to analyze legal documentation relating to properties, including condominium general meeting minutes and property diagnostics • Ability to assess the financial capacity of prospective buyers • No specific degree, certification, or number of years of experience explicitly required
