📋 Description

• Run activation workflows by submitting onboarding requests and coordinating registrations, approvals, and contracting steps with identity providers • Receive credentials and enter them accurately into the Hopae Console while following security procedures and checking the customer and environment • Provide eID-specific activation guidance and help customers complete provider activation requirements • Recruit, onboard, and manage production testers for relevant countries and identity providers • Confirm tester eligibility and availability and maintain an organized tester network • Coordinate and run real-world production tests after customer integration • Agree schedules, prepare test scenarios and instructions, guide testers through user journeys, and support recurring production checks • Collect tester feedback and supporting evidence • Check test outcomes against expected user flows and produce clear reports • Turn findings into actionable issues with reproduction steps and evidence • Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and provider-facing teams; track fixes and arrange retesting • Maintain accurate records of activation status, test coverage, schedules, and blockers • Keep customers, testers, and internal teams informed and flag missing information or schedule risks • Improve checklists, documentation, handoffs, and operational workflows • Monitor existing operational automations, check outputs, and flag exceptions or improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Junior-level, hands-on role • Detail-driven and dependable; able to follow defined processes consistently and check information carefully • Organized ability to manage multiple requests and test schedules, maintain records, and meet timelines • Clear and patient communication with customers, external testers, and identity providers • Ability to gather and structure feedback, screenshots, observations, and evidence into clear test reports or actionable issues • Practical technical curiosity and comfort learning APIs, credentials, configuration settings, and test versus production environments • Comfortable reading documentation and following technical instructions • Ability to recognize when to ask for help and escalate issues with useful context • Careful handling of credentials and tester information • Comfortable working in Korean and English, in writing and conversation • Bonus: experience in customer onboarding, operations, testing coordination, technical support, or customer success • Bonus: familiarity with B2B SaaS or digital identity
