📋 Description

• Digitize and automate legal processes • Advise and represent clients in employment law matters • Represent employees in cases involving dismissals and termination agreements • Negotiate with opposing parties and opposing counsel • Draft statements of claim, legal submissions, and contracts • Manage cases independently and represent clients both out of court and in court • Work closely with various internal teams • Contribute experience and feedback to the product development process • Work with product managers and the executive team to improve workflow automation

🎯 Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Germany, or with admission already applied for • At least one year of professional experience, ideally in employment law and preferably with experience in dismissal protection • Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach • Interest and energy to help shape the future of the legal market in a dynamic work environment • Interest in improving legal processes through data and software • Careful and conscientious working style, with clear prioritization • Entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset • Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on responsibility • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly in matters involving severance payments and termination agreements
