📋 Description

• Own end-to-end mobile design for iOS and Android, from strategic discovery through native UI delivery and implementation support • Run an AI-augmented design thinking process using AI for research synthesis, concept exploration, prototyping, and validation • Translate user and business insights into mobile experiences that improve adoption, retention, and growth • Evolve Hostaway’s mobile design system and improve quality, accessibility, and craft across the apps • Shape mobile product strategy by identifying opportunities in research and data • Define a roadmap of high-impact design bets • Champion users in decisions about future product development • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence direction and drive outcomes • Design experiences for property managers, vacation rental hosts, and guests using Hostaway’s AI-powered vacation rental management platform

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years designing complex digital products, ideally SaaS • Strong portfolio including shipped native mobile work for iOS and Android • Deep expertise in mobile UX/UI craft, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and platform-specific patterns • High proficiency in interactive prototyping • Experience using Claude Code; source of truth is code, with decreasing reliance on Figma • Fluency using AI tools across research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and validation • Expert-level proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods • Proven track record collaborating with product and engineering to influence direction and drive outcomes without formal authority • Portfolio link including shipped native mobile app work for iOS and/or Android, ideally within a SaaS product • Must be physically based within EMEA • Visa sponsorship requirement must be disclosed
