📋 Description

• Own customer problems end-to-end, from identifying pain points through production delivery and impact measurement • Work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure according to the problem • Leverage AI agents for coding, analysis, testing, and iteration • Operate with minimal guidance by asking questions, making assumptions, and shipping solutions • Collaborate with designers, product managers, data specialists, and engineers in autonomous squads • Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose and implement opportunities to delegate work to AI agents • Build next-generation AI-native tools for creators and entrepreneurs through Hostinger Horizons

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping real products • Proven full-stack experience with Node.js backend and Vue.js, React, or Angular frontend • Demonstrated experience using AI tools in an actual workflow and shipping something meaningful with AI assistance • Strong product mindset focused on user and business outcomes • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments • Knowledge of REST APIs • Knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL • TypeScript proficiency • Testing discipline • Strong communication skills • Nice to have: experience with message queuing, including RabbitMQ, BullMQ, or GCP PubSub • Nice to have: Vue 3 Composition API and Pinia • Nice to have: Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD exposure • Nice to have: experience building or integrating LLM-powered features or AI agents in production • Nice to have: observability tooling such as Grafana and Prometheus • Nice to have: monorepo or Vite experience
