📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and provide continuous feedback to a team of professionals • Identify, recruit, and engage influencers and affiliates, focusing on Asian markets • Build and systematically manage a pipeline of potential partnerships • Conduct internal and external negotiations to materialize high-impact deals • Nurture existing partner relationships to deepen partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales • Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns • Collaborate with product heads to identify and exploit business cases inside markets • Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment • Measure, analyze, and optimize performance • Report on progress, forecasts, results, and challenges • Identify new opportunities • Leverage data to drive actionable business decisions • Work with Partnership Managers, Partnerships Operations, Creative, YouTube, SEO, Affiliates, Finance, Product, Data, Paid Media, and other Hostinger teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment • Proven experience working with digital performance marketing • Proven experience in partnership management, including influencer and affiliate marketing • Experience working with Asia or global markets would be considered an advantage • Sharp sales and analytical skills • Proficiency in web and data analytic tools • High attentiveness to detail and proactiveness • Perfect spoken and written communication in English • Experience working with international tech/digital products would be considered an advantage
