📋 Description
• Support a client in scoping and deploying their HRIS solution • Understand business challenges and lead workshops with HR and IT teams • Document requirements and write functional specifications • Challenge existing processes and recommend the best solutions
🎯 Requirements
• More than 3 years of experience in HRIS consulting • Proficiency with one of the following systems: HR Access, SAP, ADP, Cegid, etc. • Ability to manage projects and support a team • Functional or techno-functional expertise • Curiosity, rigor, adaptability and motivation to make an impact • Alignment with values of professionalism, friendliness and long-term commitment • Certification in responsible/sustainable digital practices is a strong plus
🏖️ Benefits
• Fixed salary between €40,000 and €50,000 • Individual bonus of €1,000 • Meal allowance of €2,257 net per year • Holiday bonus paid monthly • Profit-sharing • Telework policy allowing casual dress (e.g., tracksuit) 3 days per week
