📋 Description

• Lead the financial strategy and performance of three complementary businesses across real estate development, property and asset management, and real estate sales and marketing • Oversee the Real Estate Development, Property Management, and Sales & Marketing entities • Establish annual budgets, rolling forecasts, cash-flow forecasts, and long-term financial plans • Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy • Create consolidated financial visibility into profitability, liquidity, and capital requirements • Advise the Group Owner on investment decisions, financing, capital allocation, and risk-adjusted returns • Establish financial policies, approval authorities, internal controls, and accountability • Improve operating margins, reduce unnecessary expenditure, and increase productivity • Lead financial analysis of development projects and establish project-level cost benchmarks and variance analysis • Evaluate property-management economics and sales productivity, commission economics, marketing expenditure, customer-acquisition costs, and marketing ROI • Establish cash-flow forecasting and liquidity-management processes • Manage working capital, receivables, payables, and cash requirements • Develop financing strategies and monitor debt obligations, financing costs, liquidity risks, and covenant compliance • Build financial models for developments, acquisitions, and new business initiatives • Establish early-warning indicators for cost overruns, delayed collections, financing pressure, and declining project returns • Deliver monthly management accounts, consolidated Group reporting, and a monthly financial dashboard • Establish and monitor KPIs for each company • Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting, tax, Zakat, VAT, e-invoicing, corporate, and statutory reporting requirements • Establish controls over procurement, payments, payroll, revenue recognition, commissions, and contract commitments • Identify and mitigate financial, operational, fraud, and counterparty risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline • Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or an equivalent recognized qualification • An MBA is an advantage • Minimum of 12 years of progressive finance experience, including at least five years in a senior financial leadership role • Equivalent experience and demonstrated results may be considered • Proven experience in real estate development, construction, property management, or another capital-intensive project business • Knowledge of applicable Saudi accounting, tax, Zakat, VAT, e-invoicing, corporate, and statutory reporting requirements • Work remotely from Pakistan • Availability Sunday to Thursday, 10 am–7 pm
