📋 Description

• Design scalable, innovative client solutions using HubSpot CRM within broader front-office ecosystems • Understand client requirements and design effective HubSpot-based solutions • Integrate systems, architect data flows, and align solutions with clients’ technology stacks and business processes • Collaborate with Development, Marketing, Sales, and Service Consulting teams to define project architecture and scope • Create architecture diagrams, requirements documentation, functional specifications, data models, and other implementation documentation • Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members • Conduct technology audits and provide improvement recommendations • Define success metrics and reporting requirements for technology solutions • Stay current with technology features and communicate changes internally and to clients • Assist with data migration and conduct quality assurance testing • Drive team certifications and provide technology training to internal staff • Guide clients in adopting new technologies and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with HubSpot or transferable expertise from other technology platforms or system architecture roles • Relevant tertiary qualification, e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering • Experience in a digital/technical agency or consultancy in a consulting/specialist role, working with clients throughout consulting, solution building, implementation, and training • Extensive ability to read, understand, and compile technical documentation, including API documentation, ERDs, and functional specifications • Sound knowledge of big data • Experience integrating systems, leveraging APIs, or using custom-built solutions • Excellent command of English, with exceptional writing and communication skills
