📋 Description

• Handle all assigned customer contracts for HubSpot's 1:Few (High Touch) customer base • Communicate directly with customers and internal colleagues to resolve customer inquiries accurately • Execute customer renewals and manage high-volume account-related tasks • Negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes while ensuring a superb customer experience • Execute product expansion opportunities with Customer Success and Sales teams • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to grow accounts and drive incremental opportunities • Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Management on the contract renewal process • Establish cooperative working relationships with customers • Lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews with internal colleagues • Provide feedback and pilot new processes and playbooks for the Contract Management Organization
