• Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) with a focus on efficiency and actionable outcomes • Coach teams to improve velocity, ownership, and delivery predictability • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and timely execution • Partner with Product Owners to maintain well-groomed backlogs and clear sprint goals • Drive continuous improvement using retrospectives, metrics, and feedback loops • Provide transparent communication on progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders • Track and optimize team performance using metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and burn-down • Enable collaboration across distributed teams working in global time zones • Support adoption and scaling of Agile practices (Scrum/SAFe) where needed
• 5–8 years of overall experience, including minimum 4 years as a Scrum Master • Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks • Proven ability to work with remote, distributed teams and international stakeholders • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery lifecycle • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent • Scrum certification (CSM or PSM) required • SAFe certification preferred (not mandatory but highly valued)
