It provides a secure, compliant layer (the MCP server) that enforces database-level permissions, org-aware row-level security, policy management, RBAC, and audit logging so HR, talent, and exec teams can safely integrate people data with AI tools and deploy agents. The platform centralizes warehousing, ingestion, modeling, shared metrics/definitions, and provides pre-built integrations to enable governed natural-language queries and AI-assisted workflows without exposing unauthorized data.

• Identify AI opportunities across every department. • Develop AI roadmaps. • Evaluate emerging AI technologies. • Prioritize implementation opportunities. • Present strategic recommendations to leadership. • Measure business outcomes. • Analyze workflows. • Identify operational inefficiencies. • Improve customer journeys. • Reduce manual processes. • Increase automation maturity.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, operations, digital transformation, innovation, or executive advisory. • Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives from concept through implementation. • Strong business analysis and process improvement capability. • Experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills. • Exceptional organizational capability. • Strong commercial awareness. • Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Experience using AI for strategic research, market analysis, technology evaluation, business modelling, executive reporting.
