Human Intelligence is a People Data Platform that unifies and governs enterprise people data from systems like Workday, Lattice, Greenhouse, and more. It provides a secure, compliant layer (the MCP server) that enforces database-level permissions, org-aware row-level security, policy management, RBAC, and audit logging so HR, talent, and exec teams can safely integrate people data with AI tools and deploy agents. The platform centralizes warehousing, ingestion, modeling, shared metrics/definitions, and provides pre-built integrations to enable governed natural-language queries and AI-assisted workflows without exposing unauthorized data.

📋 Description

• Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through delivery • Build project plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones • Track progress against deliverables and KPIs • Manage risks proactively • Coordinate project communication across stakeholders • Ensure projects remain on schedule and within agreed scope • Own and manage the annual promotions and events calendar • Ensure all launches, courses, workshops, events, and promotions are planned and executed according to schedule • Coordinate pre-event, during-event, and post-event execution • Ensure structured post-event follow-up to drive conversion and engagement • Manage and maintain calendars across the organization • Improve project delivery systems • Standardize documentation and reporting • Collaborate daily with leadership, product, eMarketing, education, partnerships, sales, operations, development, design, and automation • Leverage AI to improve project planning, meeting notes, documentation, status reporting, risk management, workflow automation, communication, knowledge management, and decision support

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management, operations, program management, or delivery experience • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills • Strong stakeholder management capability • Experience using modern project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Exceptional attention to detail • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset. • Experience using AI for meeting summaries, documentation, project planning, risk analysis, reporting, workflow optimization, communication, research, and knowledge management will be highly regarded.
