📋 Description

• Own cloud platform support across a multi-cloud environment • Support, configure, and troubleshoot infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Azure, and OpenStack • Support containerised workloads running on Kubernetes • Support CI/CD pipelines, Java application stacks, and Linux-based systems • Diagnose and resolve complex cloud, network, and access issues with minimal escalation • Participate in on-call pager duty and respond rapidly to incidents • Configure and optimise cloud resources including VPC, IAM, and Auto Scaling • Provision infrastructure and manage changes using Terraform • Deploy Kubernetes applications using Helm charts • Monitor and support enterprise-scale SaaS and PaaS infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level background in cloud support, cloud operations, or platform engineering • Fluent English, written and spoken • AWS mandatory, with 2+ years of hands-on production experience • Strong command of IAM, VPC networking, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Config, and Backup • Experience with AWS multi-account architecture and governance • Working knowledge of GCP, Azure, or OpenStack, with at least one additional platform • Solid understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS • Experience configuring and optimising VPC, IAM, and Auto Scaling resources • 2+ years of hands-on Kubernetes production experience • Docker and VM-based workload management experience • Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and change management • Helm charts for Kubernetes application deployment • 2+ years of CI/CD pipeline experience with Git-based workflows and automation tooling • Familiarity with Rundeck • Grafana monitoring and observability experience • JIRA incident and change tracking experience • 2+ years supporting Java application stacks: Tomcat, JBoss, and MySQL • 3+ years of Linux system administration and troubleshooting • Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, and/or Zsh • Hands-on implementation of security configurations, access controls, and IAM best practices • Working knowledge of cloud security standards and governance frameworks • 1+ year of on-call pager duty experience • Comfortable owning incidents outside business hours
