📋 Description

• Create and maintain Figma templates mirroring the live product across web and mobile app user journeys • Analyse production journeys and recreate screens, including all states, interactions, and platform-specific nuances • Audit production components against design files and identify structural, visual, and behavioural discrepancies • Document findings clearly with visual references • Build local components and variants for review and alignment with the Design System • Organise a navigable template library structured by journey and platform • Enable design teams across the organisation to adopt and adapt templates consistently

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written), minimum B2 level • Senior-level experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer • Advanced mastery of Figma: Auto Layout, components, variants, component properties, variables, styles, and libraries • Hands-on experience working with Design Systems, including components, variants, patterns, tokens, and when to reuse versus propose a new variant • Solid background in web and app interaction design, including responsive behaviour, platform conventions, and UI states (loading, error, empty, success, unavailable) • Exceptional attention to detail regarding layout, spacing, typography, colour, iconography, and behaviour • Strong analytical and documentation skills • Systematic, organised thinking • Autonomy and clear communication • Knowledge of digital accessibility • Must be based in Portugal
