📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of developers • Contribute hands-on to the design, development, and maintenance of innovative software solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and specifications • Design scalable architectures • Ensure the quality and performance of the codebase • Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and quality assurance processes • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Node.js development • Balance people leadership with technical craft in a self-organised environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Node.js development • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of Node.js • Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices • Experience with GraphQL • Strong knowledge of AWS and/or GCP • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience mentoring and providing technical guidance to developers • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, including identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks • Adherence to best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and agile environment • Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily work with international teams • Based in Portugal
