📋 Description

• Rate design samples for typography, visual hierarchy, design execution, color, layout, and overall polish • Follow detailed rubrics to maintain consistent ratings across high volumes of design samples • Identify flaws in individual slides, from minor font-size issues to major issues requiring full reconstruction • Edit flawed slides using other slides as references to create cohesion across the design • Register on the platform, confirm identity, validate skills, and begin work on projects • Do not create original designs; rate and edit provided samples according to guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Education in design or arts (degree or certificate) • 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer, illustrator, SMM specialist, or marketing professional • English proficiency at B1 (Intermediate) level or higher • Strong grasp of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and design effectiveness • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks • Portfolio required for application • Identity confirmation and skills validation required • Experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or other modern design tools (nice to have) • Prior data annotation or AI training experience (nice to have)
