📋 Description

• Rate design samples for typography, visual hierarchy, design execution, color, layout, and overall polish • Follow detailed rubrics to maintain consistent ratings across high volumes of design samples • Identify flaws in slides, from minor issues such as font size to major issues requiring full reconstruction • Edit flawed slides using other slides as references to build cohesion across the design • Apply with a portfolio, register on the platform, confirm identity, validate skills, and start earning on projects • Do not create original designs; rate and edit provided samples according to guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Education in design or arts (degree or certificate) • 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer, illustrator, SMM specialist, or marketing professional • English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher • Strong grasp of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall design effectiveness • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks • Portfolio submission • Identity confirmation and skills validation • Experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or other modern design tools (nice to have) • Prior data annotation or AI training experience (nice to have)
