📋 Description

• Provide Level 2 technical support to end users in an MSP environment, resolving escalated desktop, application, and network issues within agreed SLAs • Deliver customer service through phone, email, and ticketing systems • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Admin Portal, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Modern Workplace features • Troubleshoot and support Windows desktop operating systems, including security, patching, and performance • Diagnose and resolve DHCP, DNS, LAN, WLAN, and WAN networking issues • Support Microsoft Office, MYOB, QuickBooks Online, Dropbox, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other business applications • Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain printers, scanners, cameras, and other peripherals • Manage, prioritize, document, and resolve tickets using Autotask or other ticketing systems • Monitor endpoints and alerts using RMM tools, preferably Datto RMM • Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot Datto or StorageCraft backup solutions • Deploy and support endpoint security and XDR/antivirus solutions such as Bitdefender • Provide basic server support and assist senior engineers with server tasks and escalations • Configure and support Fortinet firewalls, including setup, basic rule changes, and connectivity troubleshooting • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements • Escalate complex issues appropriately while retaining ownership through resolution and client follow-up

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidate • Strong spoken English (near-native/neutral accent) • Minimum 2 years of solid MSP help desk experience • Hands-on MSP experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace • General MSP support environment experience • Strong Windows Desktop Operating System experience • Strong hands-on experience with Autotask and Kaseya RMM • Outstanding end user support and confident telephone manner • Microsoft 365 Administration and Support experience, including Admin Portal, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Modern Workspace • Good understanding of DHCP, DNS, LAN, WLAN, and WAN • Business application support experience, including Microsoft applications, MYOB, QuickBooks Online, accounting applications, Dropbox, and Adobe Creative Cloud • Peripheral troubleshooting experience with printers, scanners, and cameras • Experience with ticketing systems; ConnectWise Manage desirable • Experience with backup technologies; Datto and StorageCraft desirable • Experience with antivirus/XDR technologies; Bitdefender desirable • Server support experience advantageous • Fortinet firewall experience, especially setup • Confident logging, managing, and closing tickets end-to-end • Familiarity with Google Workspace platforms • Must disclose existing ongoing roles or client work • Must reflect this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
