📋 Description

• Review client profiles and supporting information to complete preliminary assessments • Assist the Finance Broker in meeting all compliance requirements • Complete lender pricing approvals, client credit checks, and valuation orders • Process loans using Aggregator CRM and ApplyOnline • Collect and package lender documents for submission • Manage client relationships, collect additional supporting documentation, and provide loan status updates • Manage conditionally approved applications and address lender information requests • Communicate with lenders, real estate agents, solicitors, accountants, Business Partners, and Lending Team members • Follow up pre-approved home loans through full approval and settlement • Use knowledge and judgment to encourage third parties to meet approval conditions • Report potentially fraudulent loans • Request, validate, and mitigate risks on valuation reports

🎯 Requirements

• Looking for Philippines-based candidates • Minimum of 2-year Australian Mortgage Loan Processing experience is required • Previous experience working on Apply Online, Podium, Mercury, Symmetry, or Flex is an advantage • Sales Trekker experience is a plus • High attention to detail and extremely organized • Great at managing workload and prioritising tasks where necessary to meet deadlines • Excellent English comprehension and fluency with good attention to grammar and spelling • Can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment • Willing to work collaboratively and be driven as a team player • Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work • Must reflect this engagement on LinkedIn clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”
