📋 Description

• Work with stakeholders to understand business problems, decisions and priorities • Build a strong understanding of the business processes behind the data • Gather requirements for analytics, reporting and data initiatives • Define metrics, business rules, data needs and acceptance criteria • Document requirements so technical teams can build the right solution • Help prioritise requirements based on business value, effort and available data • Analyse customer, product, sales, inventory and operational data • Identify trends, performance drivers, risks and opportunities • Test assumptions and investigate the reasons behind business performance • Turn findings into clear insights and practical recommendations • Present analysis to help stakeholders make decisions and take action • Ensure analytical outputs are accurate and supported by the data • Build working relationships across Brand and Technology teams • Run workshops and working sessions to explore problems and review findings • Challenge assumptions and help stakeholders reach a shared view

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidates • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis or a related role • Experience analysing data and presenting findings to business stakeholders • Experience turning business questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations • Experience defining metrics, business rules and data requirements • Experience or strong knowledge of the apparel industry • Understanding of retail, digital and wholesale channels • Experience in product, merchandising, planning, inventory, ecommerce, or supply chain • Strong skills in SQL, Excel and data visualisation • Practical experience with PowerBI or a similar BI tool • Experience with Snowflake or a similar data platform would be useful • Exposure to advanced analytics or AI-driven data analytics would be an advantage • Confident working directly with data to answer business questions • Careful approach to calculations, definitions and data quality • Ability to bring clarity to broad or unclear problems and break complex questions into manageable analytical work • Ability to work with business and technical teams • Ability to explain findings simply without unnecessary technical language • Ability to listen to stakeholders and provide constructive challenge • Focus on practical, actionable insights and commercial, customer and operational outcomes • Ability to take ownership from initial question through final recommendation • Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work • Must reflect this engagement on LinkedIn, clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”
