📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable CI/CD pipelines • Manage and optimize infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP • Ensure high availability, performance, and cost efficiency • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools • Implement and maintain monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic) • Ensure system health, performance, and reliability • Enforce security best practices and conduct regular audits • Ensure compliance with standards such as SOC2 and ISO 27001 • Work closely with engineering, QA, and stakeholders to support deployments and optimization • Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance • Participate in on-call rotations • Lead root cause analysis and implement preventative measures • Build and manage Docker containers and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS, Nomad) • Apply GitOps practices and develop automation scripts (Shell, Python, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Systems Engineering • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, ArgoCD) • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Solid understanding of networking, security, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls • Experience with scripting and automation (Bash, Python, etc.) • Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Competitive compensation package ($4,000 – $4,500 AUD/month) • Performance-based incentive plan with the opportunity to earn significant bonuses based on product ownership • Incentives are paid out twice yearly • 2 weeks paid vacation annually (to be taken over the Christmas period) • All Philippine public holidays are observed as paid days • Performance and compensation reviews conducted at least annually
