📋 Description

• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar for two brands, aligned with clinic promotions, new services and launch campaigns • Edit supplied short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts • Use AI tools to create animated text, motion graphics, illustrations, b-roll and thumbnails for visual enhancement • Brief the local team on footage capture, including shot lists and simple scripts • Write captions, hooks and short scripts that make health information clear and relatable • Design carousels, graphics and story content according to each brand’s guidelines • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile • Repurpose longer content into multiple short-form formats • Monitor and respond to comments and messages, escalating reviews and clinical questions to the team • Set up and manage ManyChat automations, replies and lead magnets linked to Reels • Report monthly on reach, engagement and enquiries, recommending improvements • Use AI tools to accelerate editing, captioning and ideation • Maintain two distinct brand voices and produce high-volume content with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidate • Proven experience managing social media accounts and content calendars, ideally for more than one brand • Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar, with a portfolio of short-form work • Strong hands-on experience using AI tools to create graphics and visual elements for video, with portfolio examples • Strong Canva skills and a good eye for clean, premium design • Excellent written English and ability to write natural Australian-friendly captions • Experience with scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite or OneUp • Highly organised, reliable and able to manage deadlines independently • Comfortable working from raw footage supplied by someone else • Experience in healthcare, allied health, fitness or Pilates content highly regarded • Understanding of Australian AHPRA healthcare advertising guidelines, or willingness to learn • Experience with AI video tools such as Opus Clip or AI video generators highly regarded • Experience setting up ManyChat or similar automation tools highly regarded • Experience working remotely with Australian businesses highly regarded • Must disclose existing ongoing roles or client work • Must reflect the engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
