📋 Description

• Proactively acquire new customers in the DACH market • Support the expansion into international markets over time • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach through closing • Advise customers on growth, CAC, CPA, ROAS, scaling, and tracking • Develop suitable solutions aligned with business objectives • Position performance marketing offerings in the market • Identify emerging customer needs and revenue opportunities • Develop go-to-market strategies and processes for new markets and customer segments

🎯 Requirements

• Confident communication skills in German and English • Sales experience • Ability to work independently and close deals • Clear, authentic communication and active listening skills • Understanding of digital business models and performance marketing • Familiarity with typical customer KPIs such as CAC, CPA, and ROAS is preferred • Comfortable working in data-driven environments • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot • Ability to identify market opportunities early and position new solutions convincingly • CV and a brief application video (2–3 minutes) required; applications without a video will not be considered
