📋 Description

• Manage and optimise Meta campaigns focused on profitable new-customer acquisition • Turn customer reviews, pain points and motivations into hooks, scripts and creative concepts • Build a structured creative testing roadmap, analyse results and iterate winning ads • Brief internal and external creatives across UGC, founder-led videos, testimonials, demonstrations and statics • Create efficient workflows for content sourcing, production, approvals and performance feedback • Explore AI tools for research, scripting, production and analysis • Test emerging formats and additional channels, including TikTok • Own creative strategy and paid social performance for a premium skincare and beauty brand

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing Meta campaigns with meaningful budgets • Experience developing and testing performance creative for an eCommerce or DTC business • Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, customer psychology and conversion • Confidence turning performance data into clear creative decisions • Ability to write actionable briefs and coordinate creative production • Strong visual judgement while maintaining premium brand standards • Curiosity about AI and practical ways to improve work • Initiative to spot opportunities and move ideas forward • Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, supplements or another competitive DTC category especially relevant • Portfolio/application evidence including an eCommerce Meta account helped grow, monthly spend and performance outcomes, two successful creative examples, and an experiment or AI workflow with results
