• Build, launch, and manage end-to-end Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram). • Monitor daily performance and adjust bidding, budgets, and targeting to hit aggressive ROAS and CPA targets. • Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify winning formulas. • Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights and weekly reports on account health. • Collaborate with creative teams to brief in high-converting assets based on performance data. • Stay updated on iOS updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Proven experience as a Media Buyer with a specific focus on Meta Ads. • Demonstrated track record of managing and scaling large monthly spends profitably. • Deep understanding of the Meta Ads Manager platform, including Pixel management, Conversions API, and Catalog setups. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic optimizations. • Proficiency in direct-response copywriting and a sharp eye for high-performing visual creative. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. • Experience with multi-channel attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam). • Familiarity with additional paid social platforms like TikTok or Pinterest. • Background in e-commerce or DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) industries.
