📋 Description

• Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), and custom APIs • Build and deploy solutions leveraging LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) for business process automation • Integrate CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), support tools, and internal systems for seamless data flow • Develop scripts and backend logic (Python, JavaScript) for advanced automation use cases • Optimize lead generation, outreach, and customer support workflows using AI tools • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automation performance and reliability • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across departments • Stay updated with the latest AI and automation trends, tools, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in automation, software engineering, or AI-related roles • Strong experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) • Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript • Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations • Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI API) and prompt engineering • Experience working with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable systems • Excellent communication skills for working in a remote, global team • Experience in SaaS, sales automation, or growth systems is a strong plus
