⢠Conduct **upselling into existing customer base** through proactive desk-based outreach (telephone, email, LinkedIn, Xing). ⢠Use provided data to run outreach while also conducting **proactive data sourcing** on an ongoing basis. ⢠Run **customer catch-up calls** and provide reporting, feedback, and insights to instill confidence and strengthen customer relationships. ⢠Make **80-100+ outbound calls** to prospects ⢠Send **personalised outreach emails** to targeted accounts ⢠Qualify and follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns ⢠Research target accounts to identify decision-makers and understand business needs ⢠Use **multi-channel outreach** (phone, email, LinkedIn, video messages) to engage prospects ⢠Book qualified meetings for Account Executives ⢠Log all activities, notes, and lead status updates in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) ⢠Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop tailored outreach strategies ⢠Track and report weekly KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline progress ⢠Maintain a positive, persistent, and professional approach in all prospect interactions
⢠**Fluency in German (spoken & written)**, plus **business proficiency in English**. ⢠2+ years experience in an outbound SDR/BDR role ⢠Background and experience in SaaS/Tech/MarTech/FinTech/IT ⢠Comfortable making 80+ outbound calls daily and sending targeted emails ⢠Strong communication and active listening skills ⢠Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by achieving measurable results ⢠Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) ⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
