• - Develop and execute creative strategies for paid and organic marketing campaigns • - Analyze performance data to inform creative direction and optimization • - Collaborate with media buyers, designers, and copywriters to produce high-converting ads • - Generate fresh content ideas aligned with brand voice and audience insights • - Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities • - Write or guide ad copy, scripts, and messaging frameworks • - Test and iterate creatives across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) • - Present campaign insights and recommendations to internal teams
• - 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, digital marketing, or performance marketing • - Proven experience developing ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions • - Strong understanding of platforms like Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads • - Ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative direction • - Excellent communication and storytelling skills • - Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, media buying, content) • - Highly organized with strong attention to detail • **Nice-to-Have** • - Experience in DTC, eCommerce, or SaaS marketing • - Background in copywriting, content creation, or branding • - Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and creative testing platforms • - Experience working in fast-paced startup or agency environments
