• Act as the primary point of contact for **30–40 B2B clients** • Build strong, long-term client relationships based on **trust, transparency, and performance** • Lead regular client check-ins to review results, gather feedback, and align on strategy • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s **business model, ICP, and lead generation goals** • Design and execute **outbound cold email campaigns** aligned with client objectives • Write compelling, high-converting **cold email copy** • Segment target audiences to maximize campaign relevance and performance • Monitor **deliverability, inboxing, and campaign health** • Apply best practices to minimize bounce rates and avoid spam filters • Analyze campaign performance and identify **optimization opportunities** • Continuously improve campaigns through **A/B testing and iteration** • Refresh messaging to prevent audience fatigue • Proactively identify and resolve issues before escalation • Drive **client satisfaction, retention, and referrals** • Represent the company with professionalism and commercial awareness
• Proven experience in **outbound sales or lead generation** • Hands-on experience with **cold email, LinkedIn outreach, or cold calling** • Strong understanding of **B2B sales funnels and lead generation strategies** • Experience managing **multiple clients or accounts simultaneously** • Excellent communication and client management skills • Strong **analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities** • Comfortable working in a **fast-paced startup environment** • Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with **CST timezone** • **Technical Tools Experience (Preferred):** • Airtable • Smartlead • Instantly • Apollo • Clay • **Nice to Have** • Experience working in a **B2B lead generation agency** • Background in managing **high-volume client portfolios** • Advanced knowledge of **email deliverability and outbound infrastructure**
