• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis • Optimize campaigns for performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) • Monitor budgets and allocate spend to maximize ROI • Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights • A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies • Collaborate with account managers and clients to align on goals and performance • Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns • Proven track record of improving ROI and scaling paid campaigns • Strong knowledge of: • - Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) • - Google Analytics (GA4) • - Conversion tracking and attribution models • Experience with keyword tools, bid strategies, and campaign optimization techniques • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills • Excellent communication skills for client-facing discussions • Experience working in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred
