📋 Description

• Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies to increase qualified leads and pipeline growth. • Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital channels. • Manage lead nurturing workflows, email marketing campaigns, and marketing automation sequences. • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and sales alignment. • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable reporting insights. • Drive webinar, content, and event marketing initiatives to support brand awareness and lead generation goals. • Optimize landing pages, funnels, and conversion paths for improved performance. • Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar tools. • Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign experimentation to maximize ROI. • Stay up to date with industry trends, growth marketing strategies, and B2B demand generation best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or B2B marketing roles. • Proven track record of generating leads and driving measurable pipeline growth. • Strong understanding of paid advertising, email marketing, lead funnels, and conversion optimization. • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, or Marketo. • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, reporting dashboards, and campaign attribution tools. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally. • Experience in SaaS, tech, startups, or digital agencies is highly preferred. • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and outbound marketing strategies is a plus.
