📋 Description

• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios • Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, and user acceptance testing • Design and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation frameworks • Identify, document, prioritize, and verify software defects using bug-tracking tools • Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes • Test REST APIs using tools such as Postman or similar API testing platforms • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness activities • Ensure product quality before production deployments • Continuously improve QA processes, documentation, and testing standards • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional experience as a QA Engineer, Software Test Engineer, or Quality Assurance Engineer • Strong experience with manual software testing across web applications • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC) • Experience testing RESTful APIs using Postman or equivalent tools • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies • Experience using bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar • Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation and testing • Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote team environment • Experience testing SaaS platforms or cloud-based applications • Knowledge of performance or load testing tools • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments • ISTQB Certification or equivalent QA certification • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD workflows
