📋 Description
• - Lead the design of user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications • - Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design decisions • - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD • - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences • - Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products • - Optimize user flows, accessibility, and overall product usability • - Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
🎯 Requirements
• - 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or tech environments • - Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects (web and/or mobile) • - Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar • - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices • - Experience with design systems and responsive design • - Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights • - Strong communication skills and experience working in remote, cross-functional teams • - Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JS) is a plus
