• Plan, launch, and manage TikTok Ads campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness. • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget allocation. • Analyze campaign metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, and ROAS to improve results. • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting video ad creatives aligned with TikTok trends. • Monitor TikTok Ads Manager and implement data-driven optimization strategies. • Build and maintain custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns. • Stay updated with TikTok marketing trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices. • Track campaign performance and prepare reports highlighting insights and recommendations.
• Proven experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns (1–3+ years preferred). • Strong understanding of paid social media advertising and performance marketing. • Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager. • Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversions. • Experience running campaigns for eCommerce, SaaS, lead generation, or digital products is a plus. • Familiarity with tracking tools such as TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics, or attribution platforms. • Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams. • Creative mindset with the ability to identify viral content trends and winning ad creatives.
