📋 Description

• Design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for web and/or mobile products • Own the design process from user flows, wireframes, and prototypes through to high-fidelity UI • Translate business and user requirements into thoughtful UX solutions • Conduct or contribute to user research, usability testing, and design validation • Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders • Present design concepts and clearly communicate the reasoning behind design decisions • Incorporate feedback and iterate rapidly while maintaining a high standard of design quality • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and consistent across products and platforms • Stay current with UI/UX best practices, emerging design trends, and digital product standards

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional UI/UX, Product Design, or Digital Product Design experience • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX projects and polished final designs • Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping/design tools • Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and responsive design • Experience creating and working with design systems • Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints • Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and consistency • Excellent English communication and presentation skills • Comfortable collaborating remotely with international, cross-functional teams • Ability to take ownership of projects and work effectively with limited supervision • Experience designing SaaS, B2B, FinTech, MarTech, EdTech, or other technology products • Experience working in startup or fast-paced product environments • Familiarity with accessibility standards and developer handoff workflows • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, or data-informed design iterations
